Strawberries and mint on the nose. the first drink is powerful but soft; lots of chocolate and cherry flavors with a subtle hint of pipe tobacco. The nose had strong notes of rose pedals and blackberry. It drinks nicely, soft dark fruit and blueberry pie and a long finish with just enough barrel toast to make me happy.<br /><br />I'm not sure if any more is available in Taipei, but if it is I recommend it for the experience. There's plenty of good stuff to choose from... but it's all French. I was excited to find a place with a competitive Spanish selection.
